Position Overview:
As a CDL Driver / Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, shipment and production process of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for moving semi-trailers within our parking lot and occasionally driving routes on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipping of all materials following FIFO and potential freight claim or back order procedures while supporting all freight and safety policiesReceive, unload and process inbound material and shipments; stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipmentsPerform a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product; move, store and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle countsMaintain a safe, clean working environmentAccurately maintain shipping and receiving related informationCommunicate potential stockouts, damaged material/packaging or labeling to appropriate staff in a timely mannerPartner with Drivers to ensure efficient loading and delivery of shipmentsWhen driving, accurately and professionally transport and deliver hazardous and non-hazardous materials in a safe, compliant, timely and courteous mannerAct as liaison between internal and external customers to provide Stellar Service and build long-term relationshipsMaintain a professional appearance and provide a positive Company image to the public; wear the Composites One uniform with prideUnderstand and comply with applicable DOT, EPA, OSHA and specific HSE requirements, including the Driver ManualActively participate in and support Company safety cultureMaintain and operate Composites One equipment in a fiscally responsible and compliant manner
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years of ageA minimum of 3 years related experience in the operation of tractor/trailer equipmentCurrent Class A CDL driver's license with the following endorsements: general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicleKnowledge and understanding of OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shippingAbility to pass all of the DOT driver qualification standardsNo serious traffic violations in the last 3 years, including NEVER being convicted of the following: reckless/careless driving, driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident, excessive speeding 20 MPH or more over the posted limitsAbility to learn internal database and software systems; proficient with near-miss and MSDS, UPS, FedEx and dedicated Logistics systemsEffectively communicate cross-functionallyHigh school diploma, GED or equivalentTravel: As assigned
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Forklift certificationExperience with transporting hazardous material
Physical Requirements for a CDL Driver / Warehouse Team Member:

Moderate to heavy physical activity; ability to independently lift up to 75 poundsAbility to walk and/or stand for the entire length of shift; regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or crawl; may be required to sometimes sit, climb, or balanceAbility to reach, grasp, push and pull with hands and armsClose vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; hand-eye coordinationMay be exposed to a wide range of temperaturesThe noise level is moderate to loud
