Qualifications

We are seeking a Project Manager to support projects for the Transportation-Infrastructure Practice based out of our St. Charles, IL office.

If you are an experienced engineer interested in growing your skills and working on exciting projects locally and across the county, then this is a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a senior engineer/project manager with highway planning & design, business development, and design-build experience to help with our growing St. Charles Illinois office. This position will be responsible for working with and managing projects for our local clients including Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois State Toll Highway Authority as well as large scale design-build projects across the county. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university7+ years of direct highway design experienceProfessional Engineering (PE) certification is highly preferred or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsExperience working with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and/or Illinois TollwayExperience working on Design-Build projectsProficient in Microstation, Bentley Open Roads, specification package developmentExperience working on interstate, interchange, and roadway reconstructions for state and county clientsExperience leading or working with large multi-discipline teamsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and overall quality control and managementConscientious of project schedules and deadlines and budgets

The base salary range for this position in Illinois is $103,845 to $166,195. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
