The incumbent serves as the program administrator for the Villanova fleet scheduling, maintenance, and lease systems. The Transportation Systems Specialist will serve as the primary contact for the Agile Fleet Programs, including the Kiosk key dispensing system, GPS Tracking System, and Fleet scheduling program. This individual performs a variety of administrative and analytical duties at a high-level of complexity and is the liaison with outside vendors, departments, and agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain Agile Fleet Software upgrades and GPS tracking program. Ensures all drivers have been properly vetted through risk management.Nova Van on Demand Coordinator to include overseeing student drivers' hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll.Manage Kraft Shuttle for all Parking & Transportation events and accuracy of invoicing.Liaison with other departments for fleet needs.Maintain a good understanding of T2 PARCS, T2 Flex and Agile fleet by attending webinar training. Maintains a good work knowledge of Banner and T2 systems.Assures transportation policies and schedules are correctly reflected on all public sites.Provides administrative and clerical support in the parking office with students, staff and faculty with regards to all parking needs in person, by phone or through emails.Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.3-5 years in an office setting required.Must be very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills including accurate account of detailed monthly billing and the ability to maintain accurate records.Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing as well as generate reports as needed from all parking and transportation applications.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in parking and fleet application management preferred.Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.Experience in customer service and general office support.Ability to operate a PC and associated software packages, including Agile Fleet and T2 Systems.Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours: Ability to work indoor and outdoor in all type of weather conditions.Sitting for extended periods of time. Walking, bending, kneeling, squatting.
